Are you stepping into a leadership role? Have you moved from being a peer to being a supervisor, or just grew the business to appoint a team? The Music Conductor Method™ Essentials provides new supervisors, and managers, with a suite of leading practices in being a leader, effective manager, purposefully growing into a unique leadership identity, and leading a team in the context of continuous change. The program consists of a combination of online and in-class learning. The in-class sessions involve hands-on activities, case studies, readings, supportive microlearning experiences and group discussion, followed by reinforcement and transitional exercises.
